How to use

Moisturiser: After washing your face with hey Lulu Cleanser, push the pump once to dispense the moisturiser. Use your fingertips to smooth it over your face in gentle circles. Don’t forget your neck. Sweep your hands upward toward your chin for extra good-skin vibes.

Lip Balm: Gently squeeze the tube and either apply directly to your lips or use your finger to swipe the amount needed and apply to your lips. Rubs lips together to ensure you have even coverage.

hey Lulu is designed for tweens and teens who are just starting their skincare journey from ages 7–13. Gentle, no-drama formulas that work with young skin, not against it.

Is hey Lulu safe for young skin?

Yes. Our formulas are made to be gentle, lightweight and kind to developing skin no harsh actives, no overloading, no unnecessary extras.

Does hey Lulu contain retinol?

Nope. Retinol is great for grown-ups, but it’s way too intense for young skin. We’ll save that chapter for later.

How often should hey Lulu products be used?

Once or twice daily is perfect:

Cleanser: morning and night
Moisturiser: after cleansing, morning and night
Simple routines = better habits (and fewer battles).
Lip Balm: daily or whenever your lips need an extra moisture hit

Is hey Lulu pH balanced?

Yes. Skin has moods (same), so our formulas are pH balanced to help keep things calm, comfortable and happy.

Does hey Lulu have a fragrance?

We add a very light scent that comes from coconut-based ingredients, keeping things gentle, fresh and skin-friendly. No perfume overload here.
