hey Lulu began around a bathroom sink.
Two sisters, Mel and Amy. Two curious daughters, Rachael and Chloe and a great-grandmother who believed skincare should feel special, never complicated.
When the girls proudly brought home their great-grandmother’s face cream, we realised something important. Young people were reaching for skincare earlier than we had. Not because something was wrong, but because they were curious, growing, changing.
So we created a better place to start. Safe. Thoughtful. Made for this stage, not against it.
Why we started
Kids want skincare. Parents want it to be safe.
Growing skin is changing earlier than ever before. Sensitivity, oiliness, and those first small breakouts can show up sooner than parents expect.
We believe starting skincare as a tween is okay. What matters is starting safely.
Growing skin is still developing. It is delicate. It does not need aggressive actives, harsh exfoliation or routines designed for adult concerns.
It needs balance. Support. Simplicity.

All formulas are pH balanced and intentionally made without retinol, strong exfoliating acids or unnecessary actives.
